Norwegian Hydrogen joins Skift

Skift is an organization comprised of companies wanting to take lead in the fight against climate change.

The members have ambitious climate targets, a clear strategy to achieve them and business activities that contributes to green value creation and new jobs as well as cutting emissions. The organization is a business driven climate initiative. The goal is to help Norway reach its climate goals for 2030.

Commercial hydrogen deliveries from Hellesylt have started

Norwegian Hydrogen successfully completed the first deliveries of green hydrogen from our production site in Hellesylt this week.

Norwegian Hydrogen has been announced as the hydrogen supplier for eight of the nine ships which received funding in a record-breaking award of grants from Enova yesterday. This marks a pivotal moment for the Norwegian maritime industry, and it is expected that Enova will follow up with more similar programs in the near future.

Final commissioning and testing at Hellesylt, preparing for full-scale green hydrogen production within the next few weeks

Today we successfully produced the first grams of green hydrogen molecules at our Hellesylt site in Norway. Developed, built, and operated by Norwegian Hydrogen, the project has now entered its final commissioning and test phase, getting ready for full commercial operation in only a few weeks.

Glocal Green and Norwegian Hydrogen join forces for green hydrogen in conjunction with bio-methanol production

Based on the dialogue Glocal Green AS and Norwegian Hydrogen AS have had since they entered into a letter of intent two years ago, the companies have today taken a step further and entered into a concrete cooperation agreement for the development and establishment of hydrogen production in connection with Glocal Green's planned bio-methanol plant.
